When it comes to therapy, Lauren really tries to make it feel like a safe space where you can talk openly, no matter what you’re going through. Her goal is to meet you where you are, listen to what you need, and help you figure out practical ways to feel better and more in control. Lauren is here to guide you, but you’re always in the driver’s seat, and together you'll take it one step at a time, at your pace.
