Joshua believes in the importance of bringing a sense of acceptance and self-compassion to all parts of ourselves, even the parts we do not like. He is passionate in reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and in seeking help.

Joshua Simpson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He received his Master of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, with a concentration in Integrated Health, and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of California, San Diego, with a minor in Neuroscience. Joshua has experience in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Recovery Based and Trauma Informed Care.
