Approach to Therapy
What can you expect in a counseling session with Jane? You’ll have the opportunity to share your story—the highs and the lows—in a confidential, nonjudgmental space. Together, you’ll begin the journey of healing and building life skills through a mix of therapeutic conversations and engaging activities. Since about 90% of healing happens between sessions, Jane will provide you with personalized “homework” activities to support you in creating a better quality of life.Experience
