Gina has extensive experience treating the young adult population and uses a blend of therapeutic interventions with compassion and empathy. She practices with a trauma informed lens, applying elements of Mindfulness, Cognitive and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (CBT, DBT), Bibliotherapy and Solutions Focused Therapy with the understanding that not one size fits all.
