Dr. Ezeh's approach to therapy is eclectic and comprised of a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Personal-Centered Therapy. Dr. Ezeh also explores clients’ strengths as a base for therapy.

Dr. Ezeh holds two bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and theology, two master's degrees in counseling and English literature, as well as a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. He has been a therapist for almost a decade and has worked with various populations (men, women, children, and families) in diverse settings.
