She received her Masters of Science in Education, specializing in clinical mental health counseling, from Old Dominion University. Erin has experience in a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care.Specialties
