Approach to Therapy

Erin works with older adolescents and adults using an eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. She believes that there is no struggle so great; we cannot overcome it. Erin is dedicated to helping you find your way out from under the weight of your concerns. She won’t pretend to be knowledgeable about everything you have experienced but will absolutely provide you with a non-judgmental space to share those experiences. If it matters to you, it matters to Erin, and she wants to partner with you to find your best path forward toward the goals you have for your future.

Erin Perry is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2020. She has an MA in Family Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University and a BA in Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University. She has experience in marital, family, and individual counseling, LGBTQ+, military, and women’s issues, career and vocational counseling, trauma, stress/anxiety, depression, grief/loss and healing from broken relationships, sexuality and self-identity struggles, sex therapy, ethical non-monogamy and kink, and self-esteem and life transition issues.
