Eliana is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (License No. MH24507) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s complexities. She holds an M.S.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and has received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Eliana has also completed advanced training in trauma counseling and a range of therapeutic approaches, including Client-Centered Therapy, CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy ACT, DBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, existential Therapy, Reality Therapy Eliana has extensive experience working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, communication and interpersonal difficulties, career struggles, PTSD, grief and loss, family conflict, relationship issues, and self-esteem struggles.
