Connor's aim is to work with you in a way that is tailored to you, so that the evidence of your progress is apparent in your day-to-day experiences and relationships. Through a strength-based approach and evidence-based practices, his hope is for you to feel a greater sense of autonomy, belongingness, and competency. While completing his Master's Degree in counseling at the University of Rochester, Connor started working with veterans of all ages. Since completing his degree, Connor has worked for UPMC's Narcotic Addiction Treatment Program (NATP) with substance use disorders that appeared with other conditions, including PTSD, depressive disorders, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar, and more. While working with NATP, Connor completed assessments and psychotherapy for young adults and postpartum mothers with UPMC Bellefield and Magee. Most recently, Connor has been working with adults and adolescents with adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, and PTSD through Samaritan Counseling Center and Grow Therapy.Specialties

Connor is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys being outdoors, running, hiking, and other outdoor sports. Connor keeps active through weightlifting and exercise when he is not staying at home playing with his dogs or reading.
