Cody is passionate about providing psychotherapy in individual and group settings. He believes that therapy can help heal a hurting person heal and grow. He uses a holistic person-centered approach in which each person is met where they are.

Cody uses a holistic client-centered approach to help everyone reach their own unique goals in therapy. He is certified in Existential Well-being counseling, spiritually integrated therapy, prolonged exposure, therapeutic hypnosis, and grief counseling. Additionally, he is trained and experienced in various evidence-based modalities including humanistic person-centered psychotherapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. He has a diverse background of experience including working in inpatient, IOP, and outpatient settings for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders with individuals of various backgrounds and ages.
