Melanie Sharpley is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She started her career working as a registered nurse on a 50-bed psychiatric adolescent unit at the age of 22. She then went on to receive a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama while working as a charge nurse at a newly designed inpatient facility. Serving underrepresented patients in the Las Vegas area is her passion and improving mental health care access to all communities has always been her top priority. She has provided efficient and culturally competent care to patients regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation. In her free time, you can find her scoping out new restaurants and watching her favorite gaming streamers.
