    Get access to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy exercises and nutritional reinforcement activities.

  • Meet with your nutritionist and prescriber to understand your goals and take initial steps toward resetting your metabolic health.
  • If eligible, you will be prescribed FDA-approved medication and it will be shipped directly to your home.

  • Continue to meet with your nutritionist to check in on your goals and benchmarks.
  • You will solidify habits that work for you through counseling, behavior modification, and prescription medication.

  • By month 6, you will see a noticeable improvement. This is the point where your care team will double down on your treatment and ensure that you are set up for lasting success.
  • You will sustain your habits with the support of your nutritionist and prescriber through cognitive behavior therapy, diet planning, and improved digestion and metabolic functioning.
