Zoe Spranger is a Licensed Social Worker. She received her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver with a concentration in mental health and family systems. Zoe’s therapeutic style draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She practices building trusting relationships with clients that empower them to grow and make changes they want to see in themselves. Her past professional experience includes working with parents and families, clients struggling with eating disorders and self-image, and individuals navigating significant life changes. She is passionate about expanding access to mental health care and ending the stigma surrounding mental health treatment. In her free time, Zoe enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly running, hiking, and biking, spoiling her dog, and traveling.
