Vincent received his Masters degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida and has over 10 years of counseling experience. With an emphasis on establishing therapeutic goals, developing a plan and recognizing progress towards personal change, his primary approaches to counseling include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. He understands the importance of being present in the moment with clients and provides a comforting, empathetic space to each client he works with. In the pursuit of his own self-care, he enjoys kayak fishing, camping and playing guitar or drums.
