Troy McKinney is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). He received his Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. Troy takes a two pronged approach to working with and successfully treating his clients. He understands that each person to be uniquely complete, and able to choose a life with more meaning and satisfaction. Troy promotes positive change within therapy primarily through the model of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. In his spare time, you can find him gardening, chasing his son, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
