Tina is a Licensed Associate Counselor as well as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She received her Masters in Counseling from University of Arkansas Little Rock. Tina has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Therapy. She believes in building a trusting relationship that leads to the empowerment and growth of the client. She is passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and improving accessibility to mental health care for all.
In her free time Tina enjoys kayaking, hiking, fishing, and spending time with her friends and family.
