Thalia Glenn is a Licensed Associate Counselor who practices trauma-informed, person-centered therapy. She received her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Thalia has experience utilizing evidence-based techniques including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Art Therapy, and Inner Child Work to heal the past and embrace the present. Thalia believes in cultivating strength, resiliency, and positive growth through gaining personal insight, self-acceptance, and unconditional positive regard. Thalia is passionate about the importance of a holistic approach to care that incorporates all aspects of physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. In her free time, Thalia likes to enjoy nature, nerd out on psychology literature, and spend time with her husband and 4 children. Thalia receives professional supervision from Valerie Reynolds LPC.
