Terrance Baker is a Licensed Master Social Worker. He received his Master of Social Work (MSW) from Saint Leo University with a concentration in Advanced Clinical Social Work Practice. Terrance is under the supervision of Kim Pinto. Terrance has experience working with diverse individuals from a plethora of different biopsychosocial backgrounds with varying challenges (e.g., mental health conditions, substance use disorders, other comorbid conditions, homelessness). He is a firm believer in empowering clients with the use of self (e.g., self-reflection, self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-fulfillment, self-advocacy, and self-compassion). Terrance incorporates a strength-based approach by encouraging individuals to focus on establishing/strengthening a person’s foundation through their strengths. Terrance also has experience utilizing CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. Terrance is passionate about helping people meet their goals so they can live their best life. In his free time, Terrance can be found spending time with his loved ones, cooking a new recipe, fishing on a pier, and traveling somewhere new.
