Tennille Violandi is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida with over ten years of experience working in the Mental Health field. She received her Master in Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University with a Specialization in Education.
Tennille has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem/self-confidence, parenting problems, post-partum anxiety, coping with life changes, trauma, and abuse. She has experience working with individuals, couples, and families – adolescents and adults.
Since every person’s journey is different, Tennille’s approach is more of an eclectic approach; she may use a cognitive behavior technique to address one area of concern, and then use a client-centered or a solution technique to address another area of concern.
Mental health…is not a destination, but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you’re going. - Noam Shpancer
