She received her Master of Science Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and has experience having worked in community mental health facilities, a non-profit, and private practice. She has 8 years of experience working within the mental health and substance abuse fields, having the opportunity to work with diverse populations in conducting assessments, diagnosing disorders, developing treatment plans, and utilizing an electric approach in identifying each individual’s unique needs and the equally unique need for individualized treatment approaches. Tayler works to build positive therapeutic relationships with individuals seeking treatment, offering a Person-Centered approach by utilizing reflective listening, empathetic responses, and validation for difficulties individuals are experiencing. Tayler has worked with a variety of diagnoses including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD/ADD, Adjustment Disorder, Personality Disorders including Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, and many more. Tayler specializes in approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She also has specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health treatment for individuals that are pre-pregnancy, pregnant, or postpartum.
