Lydia Anthony is a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (#85822) under the supervision of Dr. Edwin Bergen. She received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary’s University.
Lydia knows people are looking for more out of life––to feel purpose, enthusiasm, and true connection. Perhaps you feel stuck and don’t know what’s keeping you from thriving in life. Lydia will meet you where you are at and create a therapy plan that is right for you. She will engage you in meaningful and honest conversations. Because of her experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Lydia is able to treat a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and major life changes. To do this, she applies Psychodynamic, CBT/DBT, Existential, Narrative, and Trauma-Informed approaches. Lydia offers a safe and supportive environment where you can simply “be”. She will be fully present with you throughout this healing journey. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking, walking her dogs, and playing the piano.
