Stephaine Martin has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengthening Families Program (SFP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eco Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She believes guiding individuals through personal challenges, ease emotional burdens and empowering people to achieve a healthier mind. She is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential which promotes the journey toward becoming their best version of themselves. In her free time, Stephaine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading.
