Stacey Lefever is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a degree from The University of Pittsburgh in Social Work and a Certificate of Social Work in Mental Health. Stacey specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practice, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She passionately believes that people seeking mental health treatment are, in the words of renowned psychologist Pat Deegan, "people of the lived experience;" and that the most important aspect of therapeutic experience is that everyone should be "heard," not just listened to. She has an undergraduate degree in Creative Writing and often brings elements of the arts and music into her practice. She absolutely believes that she can guide you to finding your best self, and your purpose, no matter how far from that you feel right now.
