Shane Young is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. He received his Master of Counseling from Bradley University with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Shane specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, academic issues, sleep disorders, anger management, self-esteem, grief and loss, PTSD, domestic violence, concussion recovery, and performance anxiety. He is deeply committed to helping individuals develop a sense of peace and well-being, enhance their quality of life, and improve overall health. Shane is passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and improving access to mental health care for all. Shane is also a fitness enthusiast and enjoys time with his family and hiking. He coaches many children in the community in sports and is a certified woman’s S.A.F.E. and R.A.D. self-defense instructor. He is a military veteran and a retired First Responder.
