Sarah Saragoca is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Therapist #012215. She received her Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Iona University. Sarah has experience with a variety of treatment approaches; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, and Trauma Informed Care. She believes that a trusting therapeutic relationship is a catalyst for change and offers a chance for grounded hope. She believes that therapy is an opportunity to connect to the deepest parts of ourselves and rediscover who we are. She is deeply passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and improving the accessibility and quality of mental health care for all. In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading, good food, traveling, listening to music, and a genuine conversation.
