Sarah Newberry has an associate license in Social Work in the start of North Carolina. She has worked in a variety of settings, including domestic and sexual violence centers, family justice programs, crisis stabilization units, and psychiatric hospitals. She also has experience working within the community with Behavioral Health Response, working with local law enforcement to improve crisis intervention response in metropolitan populations before settling into the outpatient role. Her main therapeutic model of treatment is a combination of CBT and MI but believes that treatment should be person-centered and that not every approach works for everyone. Sarah loves nature. She also loves to promote healthy living lifestyles within her own life and with her clients. Sarah brings the perspective of youth and parenting for anyone struggling with parenting challenges. She would love the opportunity to provide therapeutic services to you.
