Sandra M. White is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at El Paso with a concentration in Community Trauma Informed Care. Sandra has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Meditation, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Care with training in Seeking Safety and 7 Challenges, evidence-based programs. She believes members have solutions to their challenges, it’s through a trusting non-judgmental relationship, members overcome. Sandra is passionate about providing quality client focused interventions for the members to achieve success in treatment within therapy. She spends her free time with her family going to the mountains, being a cheerleader for her grandchildren’s sports games and at home with her spouse and 3 dogs and cat.
