Samantha J. Gioia

Approach to Therapy

Though she does not believe there is a one-size-fits-all solution, Samantha utilizes evidence-based practices and a strengths-based approach to lead to empowerment that is tailored uniquely for the client. She strives to provide a safe space and build a trusting relationship with clients where they can explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors by acknowledging, accepting, and acting together. Her passion continues to lie in reducing the stigma around mental health and the barriers that prevent treatment and care from being accessible.
