Everyone deserves to gain insight about the cycles we play out in our day to day lives. This can lead to improved enjoyment of relationships, help resolve past hurts, and set us up to feel more fulfilled. Whether it be processing how losing a loved one affects you to this day, a difficulty getting close to others, or simply gathering more data about ourselves.
Sadie Lipman is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, # IMH 20711. She received her Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. Sadie utilizes trauma informed interventions and theories such as narrative therapy, exposure therapy, and art therapy. Special interests include working with LGBT individuals and those experiencing grief. She is passionate about providing care that empowers her clients and decreasing gate-keeping within the mental health field.

In her free time, Sadie enjoys cooking flavorful food, spending time with her cat Lady, and putting together puzzles.
