Ruqaiyah Rogers is a Licensed Masters Level Social Worker. She received her dual Master of Social Work and Public Administration from Grand Valley State University. Ruqaiyah has experience in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Trauma Informed Care. She believes that everyone person has the ability to heal and recover within their lifetime journey of mental health and wellness. Ruqaiyah is passionate about creating safe spaces where mental health is openly discussed, normalized, and prioritized. In her free time, Ruqaiyah enjoys playing her violin, drawing calligraphy, and spending time with her children.
