Randi is a duly licensed therapist (LADC and LPC) specializing in mental health and addictions. She received her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and has been actively practicing for 7 years; furthermore, she has worked with many different populations of clients including, but not limited to, those struggling with addictions, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and difficulty coping with life’s stressors.
Randi believes in an eclectic approach, since no one counseling theory will fit all different situations and individualized problems. Her therapy style draws influence mainly from Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Randi believes people are the experts of their own lives, and seeks to understand the situation from their unique perspective and point of view. Randi’s warm and compassionate personality makes it easier for others to open up about their challenges; she is not one to judge and is passionate about helping clients gain new insights, identify strengths, and build upon those strengths. Randi is a pitbull lover, movie/tv enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with her family.
