Rachelle Noval is an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-5458), supervised by Carletta McDowell (LPC-S-3297), and employed by Cerebral. She received her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University with an emphasis on Multi-systemic Therapy and Forensics. Rachelle has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Expressive Therapy, Life Coaching, and Mindfulness interventions. She utilizes a Person Centered and strength based approach to provide a safe and comfortable environment where clients feel empowered to explore, grow, and renew their sense of self. She is passionate about the therapeutic process and being an aid that helps guide others towards living their best lives. In her free time, Rachelle enjoys reading, learning new things, observing nature, watching movies with her nephew, and spending quality time with family and friends.
