Paige’s theoretical orientation is grounded in Rogerian Therapy, which involves Person-Centered Therapy (PCT). This theoretical modality provides empathy, congruency, and unconditional positive regard, in addition to utilizing Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and any other therapeutic modalities that will benefit and work best for the client. Paige believes creating a judgement-free environment with a positive rapport fosters an atmosphere of trust and safety, which enables her clients to work towards a healthier and happier lifestyle.
