Nicole Szetela is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT #128399, employed by Cerebral and supervised by Rosealinda Carrillo #103075. Nicole received her Master's of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and her Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from Cal State University in Fullerton. Nicole has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, Bowen Family System Theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. She has worked with individuals, families, and children/teenagers in the field of therapy and helped them through various situations such as anxiety, depression, life changes etc. She believes in building relationships with clients on the foundation of trust and respect. Nicole's goal is to get to know her clients in order to provide the best help possible since the client is the expert at their own life. She is passionate about normalizing mental health and breaking down the stereotypes and stigmas surrounding the field. In her free time, Nicole likes to read, write, and paint.
