Natalia Mitrofanova is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who received her Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Rutgers University with a concentration in mental health counseling. Natalia has experience working with a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder. She has a special interest in maternal mental health. Natalia embraces a holistic approach to health and helps clients in their journey to wellness using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma and Crisis Intervention, Person-Centered strategies, Solution-Focused Therapy, Stress Management techniques, Anger Management and Motivational Interviewing. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, doing yoga, traveling, and reading.
