She earned her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University. Natalia's therapeutic orientation is based on the holistic systemic approach, along with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Strategic Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Natalia is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, a trauma-focused therapy. For 14 years Natalia has been working with individuals who experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideation, substance abuse, panic attacks, and relational problems. Natalia is committed to providing her clients with compassionate care and comprehensive, solution-focused strength-based therapeutic services. As a researcher, Natalia studies the effective treatments for depression and suicidal ideation in adults. In her free time, Natalia enjoys long walks, traveling, and spending time with her family.
