Mikiela (Miki) Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and obtained her Master of Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has experience in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and helping people manage concerns including, but not limited to the following: work-related and personal stress, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and self-esteem. Miki values building relationships with people and collaborating with them to identify solutions that best meet their needs. She is passionate about destigmatizing mental health treatment and increasing diversity in the mental health field. In her spare time, Miki loves cooking, spending time with her family and friends, creating DIY projects, and listening to music.
