Michelle Hagen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about advocating that a positive mental health is a critical part of a daily healthy lifestyle. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of behavioral health and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University in Santa Ana, California. Michelle utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and Solution-Focused Therapy to guide individuals who are experiencing disruptions in dealing with life challenges. She provides a positive, warm, and empathetic environment that encourages clients to present their authentic self, while assisting them in developing techniques and skills to take charge in writing their own life story to achieve their goals. In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling with her family to different countries, learning their cultures, and exploring mountain trails as well as the underwater world.
