Michelle Ehrler is a Licensed Master of Social Work. She received her Master of Social Work from Fordham University with a concentration in Clinical work. Michelle has experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has experience working with clients regarding many mental health concerns including, but not limited to, substance use, disordered eating, body image, mood disorders, interpersonal relationships, and self-esteem. She is passionate about encouraging others to believe that they matter and are deserving of unconditional love, even when they deem themselves unworthy. In her free time, Michelle enjoys being in nature, hiking, listening to music, and spending time with loved ones.
