Michelle Cabral is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. She has extensive experience working in non-profit mental health and community agencies and has been in this field since 2006. Michelle has worked with diverse clients including children as young as 4 years old, adolescents, adults, at-risk teens, parents, the un-housed, and clients in the criminal justice system. After working several years as a case manager, in 2010, Michelle decided to go back to get her master’s degree because she felt she could do more to help clients. By becoming a therapist, she felt she would be able to empower clients with skills they can utilize for the rest of their lives that will help them face adversity and everyday life challenges. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, eating spicy food, hiking, walking her dog, audiobooks, reading, traveling, and being an amateur film critic.
