ABOUT Melodye Ranyak

Melodye Ranyak (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA). She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman’s University. Melodye utilizes a trauma-informed, strengths-based counseling approach that focuses on clients’ concerns in the context of their identities, values, and interpersonal relationships. She integrates various interventions based on what best serves each client, including techniques in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy. Melodye provides a genuine and collaborative space and is honored to partner with clients in their therapeutic healing, empowerment, and growth. She is passionate about contributing to Cerebral’s mission of increasing comprehensive mental health care access. In her free time, Melodye enjoys hiking with her dog Winston, catching up on her favorite streaming shows, and exploring new places.
