ABOUT Meghan Young

Meghan Young is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. Meghan has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and Depth Psychotherapeutic techniques while working from a Person-Centered and Holistic perspective. She believes that our answers ultimately lie within and through cultivating presence and activating a sense of purpose, one can begin to heal themself. She is passionate about destigmatizing mental health treatment and empowering the individual to embrace their authenticity and live their best life. In her free time, Meghan enjoys music, dance, and time spent creating, teaching, and playing outside with her family.
