Meg Nisbet is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling as well as a Master of Arts in Military Resilience from Liberty University and continues to upgrade her skills through research-based education. Meg has experience with Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Post Traumatic Growth therapy. She uses mind/body practices such as breathwork, grounding, and empowerment in her practice. She believes that each person who has hope and tools can transform their lives. Meg is passionate about walking alongside people seeking change in their lives and moving forward to reach their goals. In her free time, Meg loves spending time with her 2 Cocker Spaniels, her two rescue cats, 4 guineas, gardening, and volunteering in her community. Meg's counseling supervisor is Joe Garant.
