Approach to Therapy

Meera Rastogi has experience working with people from small towns to those who are immigrants or second-generation. Her therapy skills are rooted in dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapies as well as in psychoanalytic and Jungian approaches. She tends to use the approach that best suits the needs of her clients and believes the heart of therapy comes from building a strong connection. She is most passionate about helping clients understand and navigate their way to developing mental health and life balance. Meera strongly believes this path should be available to all people.
