Maxine Cher is a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who believes that each person has a unique experience of the world. She sees her role as one of a collaborator, working with you to understand your experiences and help you find answers that specifically suit you. Maxine received her Master of Science from Nova Southeastern University in Marriage and Family Therapy with a concentration in Equine-Assisted Family Therapy. She works with individuals, couples, and families coping with anxiety, addiction, grief, relational issues, and life transitions. Maxine uses various therapeutic techniques, including CBT, solution-focused, person-centered, and multigenerational approaches. Most of all, she aims to provide a calm space for you to feel safe and heard.
