MaryCaroline Gibson is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Appalachian State University with a concentration in Human Services, and her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. MaryCaroline has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, with specific training working in an Integrated Behavioral Health model. She believes that therapy is all about collaboration and working together to identify how to best reach the needs and goals of each unique client. She is passionate about working with marginalized communities and providing access to mental health services while minimizing barriers to treatment. In her spare time, MaryCaroline enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family – especially her dog Benji.
