Marith is a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience working with teens, college students, and adults who are facing various challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to life transitions and relationship stress. It is her philosophy that every person has the ability to facilitate healthy change and to work towards healing from emotional pain and trauma. The therapeutic relationship is unique, and Marith believes it is imperative to have a safe and trusting environment to do this transformational work. Marith incorporates trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches into her work. In her free time, Marith enjoys reading, playing with her animals, and backpacking. She is passionate about increasing accessibility to mental health services and de-stigmatizing the practice of going to therapy.
