Rachael Hunt-Hardaway is a Registered Associate Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, CTB-2022-0243, employed by Cerebral. She is Supervised by Nic Sedillo, LPCC, Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor, New Mexico. Rachael earned her Masters degree in Professional Clinical Mental Health at New Mexico Highland University, and her BS in Psychology at UNM Taos. Her training was focused in trauma recovery and body movement utilizing trauma informed care, some art therapy and yoga. She co-lead groups with SASO, a recovery group for sexual assault survivors, and Yoga & Trauma Healing classes developed by her then supervisor which were made available to the community. Rachael's passions involve helping others grow through empowerment, owning one's truth, regaining self-confidence and moving through life with grace and peace. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, sewing and creating her clothes, pottery and crafts of all kinds as well as daily meditations, gardening, walks in the evenings and admiring the gorgeous sunsets. Her heart may be found with children, horses, doggo's and cats of all varieties.
