Therapy is different than talking with a friend or family member. When you talk with Marga, you’re talking to someone who is objective, unbiased, and nonjudgmental. Marga has a wide range of interventions to draw from based on her client’s needs such as: Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Attachment based therapy, Dialectic behavioral therapy, Compassion-focused therapy, Narrative therapy and practices from holistic therapy. Marga’s approach in therapy is to support her clients in their journey of self reflection by empowering them with a set of skills to improve, heal, and change their lives. She supports her clients by looking at the broad picture of who they are, the challenges they are facing and the strengths that they possess. Marga is a mother and a Navy veteran who enjoys reading, music, and traveling to different parts of the world.
