Madalina received her Masters degree in Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She has experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and working with individuals in crisis. She believes that all individuals have the capability to improve their overall well-being by learning how to effectively respond to difficult situations and overcome their fears. Madalina is passionate about eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health treatment and improving access to mental health care for all. In her free time, Madalina enjoys reading a good book, cooking and trying new recipes, and spending time with her family and friends.
